I finally got home to Mayo for a couple of days.
Waves have been too good in Clare since the new year to go anywhere else.

"Lives of the Artists" is a film we were involved in last summer in Tahiti.
It features Tom, Mickey and myself in Tahiti, a punk rock band called The Gallows and an amazing snowboarder called Xavier De Le Rue in Greenland. I personally love the footage of Xavier in Greenland, worth a watch.

Snowboarding in Clare

Happy New Year to everyone. Lets make this year/decade one to remember!


Its not been the best start for waves but I am sure it wont be long.
Here is a photo from this time last year

The weather is crazy here with over three weeks icy nights, ice driving has become the new skill.
The up side is that we have had loads of snow to play with.
I have always wanted to go snowboarding and this week I have finally had the chance in Clare!!
My house mate Pete has all the gear, its been so much fun flying off jumps head first and then having the long leg burning hike back up.
